Lap Band vs the sleeve gastrectomy

Hello everyone,
I was wonder if I could get some help from some of you with regards to helping me choose the right surgrey for me.  I can't decide on the lap band or the sleeve.  I'm 5'4 and 261lbs, bmi is 45.  I was wondering if there is anyone out there who had to lap band and wish they had gone another route and vice versa.
Any advice would be helpful!
