Well the move to town is nearly complete and we are in Calgary tonight and plan to fly out tomorrow for a couple of weeks in Mesa with friends!!The weight has started to come off again since I started getting more active....the move combined with Curves seems to be doing the trick.
Still a few pounds to go and still waiting to see the plastic surgeon, Dr Farries sent the referral but I haven't heard anything yet.
Anyway....life is good!!
