Only down 1.25 this week but if I continue this way I know I will get there.It has been a really long time since I could say that I truly believed I would get to goal, but I really believe it now, it feels amazing to finaly believe in youself!!
I'm sure that it has been at least 20 years since I weighed less than I do now!!
