just signed up for my first 5k!

i have about 30lbs to lose to get back to my pre baby weight. i started running. so far i gained weight. i'm guessing muscle. but that hasn't discouraged me bc i really love running. and the goal isn't weight loss, its endurance, and i've been getting better and better! :) i'm proud of myself bc running is the one thing i said i'd never do.

 

my eating still isn't where it should be. i consume way too much artificial sweeteners in my tea. thats something i need to work on, but its so hard. other than that i'm not as good at low carb as i used to be but still eat pretty decent. my problem is i eat more fried stuff than i should. not deep fried, but like...fried. also i don't eat enough veggies. all things i have to work on. i actually have to work on eating more meals a day. i often don't eat till the afternoon. its not good for my metabolism. anyway i don't have a time frame for the weightloss as long as i see it moving in the right direction. just gonna keep working at it.
