Beginning Journey

I am a 47 year old mom and am blessed with wonderful grandchildren. My husband is a great guy and loves me no matter what size I am but like me, his is concerned about my health.  I have had a hip replacement on both sides, 2 herniated discs in my back and 3 in my neck. I also have degenerative disc disease. I have many co morbidities that are associated with my weight.  The chances of more hip replacement surgeries is great ,if I do not start getting this weight off.  I am just starting this journey but I am ready and determined to get in better health.
