2nd day of optifast

Well this is my 2nd day of optifast and let me tell you it ain't easy .  I feel like I want to pull my hair out.  My head hurts my stomache hurts and blahblahblah.....I know...I decided to have this wls because I want this 16 year journey of overweight to come to an end....And a new one to begin..If I hear anybody tell me that I took the easy way out, well let's just say I'm eating their liver...

But on a better note...Things will look up once the surgery is over.....
