Week 5 Status: 219.8

Well at the end of five weeks....I have lost a total of 4.6 pounds! Womp Womp! This is CRAZY SLOW! I bought a Bodybugg to see how many calories I am burning a day. I exercise for two hours a day and burn 800 - 1200 calories through exercise alone. All this work and sooooo little weight loss.... But like I have been saying....I CANT STOP! I have no choice but to keep going...the only other alternative is to go back to 300 pounds. NOT.
