COUCH TO 5K!!

I have been hearing over and over about this Couch to 5k thing, and was wondering what it was.  I read up on it and saw more and more of my OH friends starting to participate in the program.  I'll admit that the name alone scared me, because how can I EVER be in good enough shape to be able to jog long enough to complete a 5k?  Well I finally decided to go for it.  Week 1, day 1 was yesterday.  I really enjoyed it and I want to send an invitation to any and all OH friends that have not tried it yet.  Download the app to your phone, it's free, and go for it.  You start off gradually and work your way up, and you can always do it again if at the end of the program you are not where you want to be.  I burned 286 calories on the treadmill yesterday when I did it and it was very worth it.. Try it, you may like it.
