Dec 5,2009,It is now my 2 year rebirth day : ) I do not regret the choice I made 2 years ago to change my life, I feel great,and I am healthy !
Since I seen my Dr. in Sept,my restriction is still very good,as for weight loss,I stay off my scale as it reads something different every time,I am not back in my size 12 pants as of yet so Im ok with the 14,untill that happens,perhaps I need to just go see him get weighed in and let him know how I am doing.
All of you can go to my photos to see the new me : ) I have had 2 friends start their journey last year,and I have 2 more looking forward to a new life in Jan,10,these people I have influnced to start a new life are real personal friends of mine and I will be their for them! Happy Hoildays to all,and remember to stay away from the sin food, for some reason they go down VERY WELL ! : )
