Follow up to 'For Maximum Results Journal'

Well those of you who read yesterdays blog..just wanted to let you know that I did my food journal yesterday..and was eating ALL day. With the rule in mind of not eating it if carb grams out numbered protein grams..and the only thing I failed on was didnt get all my calories, carbs, ect in..but cholestrol was higher than it should have been. However, I tried and even though I didnt get all my calories in and carbs in ect...I lost one lb over night. I felt so stuffed yesterday...like a pig. I guess i havent been eating enough. Also, on a daily basis I have been getting around 65 g protein in..and increased it yesterday...JoAnne (who I told you about in the post yesterday) shoots for 100 g protein a day...I only got around 70...but will keep trying. So overall Food Journal was a big success for me and that was just day one! Again I highly advise it. I have decided JoAnne is my new role model. lol Hugs.
