PLATEAU BUSTER'S DIET (yet again!)

Starting the PB'S diet again today. I have been off track for the last couple of weeks. I would like to blame it on my husband. He has been taking me out to dinner to all of his favorite restaurants, my favorite and new ones we hadn't tried before. PRE-MOTHER'S DAY DINNER. He likes to get things started early to beat the crowds what a sweetheartI enjoyed every moment!! No kids just me and him Glad that's over. So to get started again and to DETOX FROM ALL THE CARBS AND SUGAR!!! I am starting the PB'S diet today initiated by Mari!! (THANKS) Got up this morning and my mind has already switched into high gear. I did not wake up looking for those dreadful HOT CHEETOS!!  I had been waking up STARVING Or should I say feening for carbs/sugars or slider foods! I got up and put me on a pot of pork neckbones!!

I DROPPED OUT!! MOTHER'S DAY AND BEYOND!!!

WILL BEGIN AGAIN!!
