ready to get this fat off

Well i was looking back since i started this blog and it was 2002 and i am still fat even fatter than i was back than. I would have loved to weigh that now. So at 400lbs i have developed high blood pressure, thyroid problems, blood clot disorder, and the list goes on and on. I am sure i am a diabetic but to afraid to hear it and get the blood work done for it. I have insurance that will pay for it now and i am sooo excited to get the surgery done and start living my life.
