Back at it.. struggle struggle...

I have been struggling and have put back on close to 30 lbs.. I am going to try the 5 day pouch test because its getting desperate..I cannot... do you here me?.... cannot go back living the way I was before surgery... I will not let this take a hold of me and bury me in food and shame again. So here I am world! Lord take me and keep me...I am going to lose this weight...
