And still more changes...

Okay, here are some changes that I've either made already * or plan to make when I need to purchase the actual item.

Brown rice instead of white
Lt. cream cheese instead of reg.
V8 (I'm going to try to develop a taste for this, but I've always hated it. It's such an easy way to get veggies into my daily diet though!)
Half n Half Pasta (half reg, half whole wheat, I can't make the change all at once, I tried before and did not like the taste)

I've got to find a good whole wheat or multi-grain or whole grain bread that I like. I actually had a sandwich at Panera Bread on Friday with whole grain bread that was delicious! I've heard that you can purchase their bread so I might try that...

I also want to mention that the fat free milk that I've switched to is called Simply Smart by Hood. This is the only way that I can tolerate fat free milk. I hate reg. skim milk! Cottage cheese is not negotiable. I only like the whole (reg) Hood cottage cheese but only eat about a 1/4 cup at a time.

I've moved up to doing 20 mins. on the Gazelle. I really get a good sweat going and it actually feels pretty good. I plan on trying to add another session (after work sometime) of exercise in per day. The best part about all of this is that my BF, Frankie is doing most of this with me. (There are certain diet restrictions that he's not willing to partake in, YET!) He is soooo supportive! I don't know what I'd do without him sometimes! Hopefully, I won't have to find out!

I did terrible this weekend with snacking... That is do to a certain reason that I will explain another time, when I have more time but, the good thing is that I know all is not lost! It's just a hiccup but I can just pick it back up again, if you know what I mean...
