4 month surgiversary!!

Well folks.....tomorrow is the official 4 month surgiversary and as of this morning, I've lost exactly 70 pounds!! WOOHOO!!!    I feel so much better than i did 70 pounds ago!  I'm still diligent about my protein and my fluids!  Oscar the pouch still gets pretty grouchy sometimes.  He can only hold about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 oz of meat.  I can get an entire small wendy's chili down...of course, i don't think that counts!  anyway....still working my new tool and loving it.  still can't get over the fact that i look at food as a chore now when it had been an obsession for so very long!!

I've started the "couch to 5k" program.  i'm officially on week 2 now and yesterday thought for sure and certain that i'd die before it was over.  the allergy season in Georgia is in full swing at my house so getting outside and inhaling all that pollen into my lungs has proven to be quite challenging to say the least.  my sinuses and throat begin to burn and then about 30 minutes after the workout is over....i start to sneeze uncontrollably and blow the nose and so on!  but....we're having a nice rain shower as i type this so i'm hoping that the air will be a bit cleaner for this evening's workout!

still watching and waiting for the dreaded hair loss and continue to pray that the Lord will give me the strength and courage to accept it when it comes!!

and.....after 4 months.....still madly in love with my RNY!!!!
