Pre-op Diet

Well last Monday, November 23rd, I went for all my pre-op testing.  So far no news, but I have always heard no news is good news! 

Tomorrow I start my 2 week pre-op liquid diet. I'm getting so darn excited for this!!!  I feel like it's going to smooth and the other shoe could drop at any time.  I really hope not though, for this surgery it's now or never! 

I keep praying that everything happens as it has been scheduled, and that I can survive the liquid diet for the next two weeks.  For some reason I keep thinking, what if after the 2 weeks, my liver hasn't shrunk enough or something......and they close me up as soon as they open me up!

I'm sure this is just anxiety setting in, but I can't seem to help it.  I just hope and pray and hope and pray that it all goes as planned and no shoe ever drops!
