Little discouraged...

Okay so I am 1 month and 3 days out. I hear everyones wonderful "I've lost a million lbs my first month" stories and I think I just expected to lose more. I have only lost 17.8 lbs. What is wrong? I just don't get it. I eat over 80 grams of protein a day, 50-64 oz of water and never miss any vitamins. About 700 calories a day. I am walking 2 miles a day for the last 2 weeks and I walk with 8lb weights and do my arm exercises as I walk. What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions??? Okay sorry for the negativity...i'll get over it...I guess on a good note, I feel healthy, I don't throw up or have dumping, I don't feel like I have a lack of energy. I'm my same ol' cheery self, which I am thankful for.
