I've got an appointment!

Woo hoo! I've got an appointment with Dr. Spitz on December 15! I can't wait to check another thing off my "to do" list.

My diet was completely derailed by Thanksgiving and all the dreaded leftovers in the fridge. I'm thinking about going on Adkins until the surgery. I've always had good success losing on that diet, I just can't keep it off.  I have been successful at drinking my water, though. I finally discovered that chugging water is way easier when its room temperature. I've also figured out that I need to quit drinking coffee by 10 if I want to have any hope of finishing all 64 oz. (Next step, give up coffee! THAT is going to be hard!)
