82 lbs

Well after some slow weeks of losing not much I feel like I have started back up to losing like I did before.  I'm not sure if it was because I started taking an exercise class or not, but finally this week I've dropped 3 lbs and am now at 82 lbs, I've also lost a total of 34 1/2 inches from both arms, chest, waist, hips and both thighs.  So even though the scale was moving slower I knew the inches were still coming off.  I have always struggled with getting my protein in and my doctor doesn't even really require tht much protein compared to other doctors.  He says that I need 50 grams of protein and that is even a stuggle for me, but for this past week I've really tried to work on my protein and more of the meat variety instead of cheese.  I still stuggle with meat and some days I can eat better than other days but I am so happy that I had this surgery and I have not had one regret that I had this done.  I've had so many compliments from people that I can't believe it, and when people ask me how I did it that don't know I am not ashamed at all to tell them that I had gastric bypass surgery.  I love my life!
