Staaaallllll. Again. A pattern emerges; 2 weeks stall and 10 pounds poops out within 3 days? A week to go to test my theory. I have been tracking my food in my Samsung phone app that comes with the phone; excellent tracker and pedometer and stuff! So easy to stay real with what I eat and watch how it may or may not affect me. It tells me not only calories, but carbs, protein, fat. I set my goal calories and I get a gold medal if I am within range. My Coolio scale is helpful with learning grams/ounces and such. Keeping me honest. I don't need nearly as much protein supplements as I thought I needed.
Besides the stalling, I am still so very grateful for making this decision. Not battling with food is amazing. Just emotionally, physically, and mentally freeing.
