Hi all; My name is Arlene and I live in the Durham region. I'm beginning my journey to become the new me, and will probably need encouraging and informative insight along the way. I was told about this site during my initial consultation and am looking forward to hearing about all the ups and downs of this process. I'm both excited and a tiny bit nervous about the surgery. I have lost weight before but wasn't able to keep it off and feel that I'm now in the right place mentally to follow thru with the lifelong changes needed to keep it off once the weight is finally gone.
