Shelly's Baked Ricotta tonight & Cheesy cauliflower Casserole

 Well since today i am allowed pureed/soft foods, and i  am tolerating EVERYTHING well, I decided to try 2 of Shelly's (The World According to Eggface) recipes! 

Shelly's baked ricotta - really hit the spot, so YUMMY!  Well, I decided to go ahead and try her Cheesy cauliflower casserole, so I made it too! Absolutely a NEW FAVORITE recipe!
