Foamies for the first time...

So I UNFORTUNATELY experienced foamies for the first time ever. It was SOO aweful I make myself puke. I tried to eat a chicken hot dog.. NOT a good idea. it didnt sit well and as soon as I ate it I said "My tummy did not like that" and thats when they started. :( I feel a bit better now just feel sick!
