New Years Day

Well my journey has begun!  I stepped on the scale this morning and was actually very excited to see the number that I am starting at!  We are very blessed to start off this new year in the right way.  My beginning weight is 348.6 so I am already a few pounds down from my beginning weight, guess those smaller portions and no soda do actually make a difference.  It is snowing like crazy here today and so thankful we get to spend the entire day inside and do not have to go out into this stuff.  They are calling for up to 10" in our neck of the woods and so very grateful for our warm house and fireplace.  Hope everybody has a blessed day!
