Plateau - I am about to bust you up

I am busting this plateau!!!!!!!!What I ate so far….
- 2 cups of water with Crystal Light packet driving to work
- 1 cup of coffee with about 1 teaspoon of non dairy creamer sitting down at my desk
- Breakfast around 9:30 after first meeting was…
- 1 oz of Kashi Go Lean Crunch! Honey Almond Flax
- 3 oz of Yoplait Greek 2x Protein Yogurt
- 2 Splenda packets
- Boy that’s a lot of protein and I feel really full right now but this was yummy!
My goal is to get in no more than 1200 calories per day.
- I plan to have potato soup today, get in my eight glasses water and some grilled chicken tonight. We will see.
My goal each week is to workout 5 days a week for 30 minutes or more. I have not been hitting this goal but I am working to meet it consistently. I will be exercising tonight for 45 minutes.
I am determined to get this weight off of me and bust this plateau. This will not get the best of me.
