i know this is my recovery time to heal but i hate it when adults look you in your face and lie to you.let your yes be yes and your no be no. i really hate to be lied to this weekend i recieved bad news  and this person lied to get what she wanted  her actions costed me money and stress and took away from my vacation............ but iam happy that i can wear the pants i couln't weari lost 5 pounds and i have upped my protein(musle milk and protein shots) i feel good.
