Day 17 post op from Roux-En-Y

 Yes it has been 17 days since I went in and had the surgery ....either my digital scale needs a new 9 volt battery or I have lost 
55 lbs from the day before surgery I was 249...My highest 253 and the scale says 194.  I know a lot of people heard me speak that I am extremely fatigued. And hell yes....I am ! It is the first of July and I am just managing to get up and get dressed at 12:29 pm. My normal get up time is anywhere between 530 and 600am....so for a girl who likes to be about her business this is the only thing that really sucks. I told my supervisor today that I would need at least 2 more weeks minimum ...I have to get my energy back, Today now that I am up I am going to push myself. I have to absolutely go do some blood work today and get money to my daughers camp....(think I'm telling my husband to run that little errand) But I am definitely going to be useful today. One thing I know for sure ......is that with a made up mind ...I can do anything. So let the record state....Kimberly not laying around all day today ....I am going to get cutely dressed, curl my weave, and get moving and I will rest by 4:00 PM and pick up more activities at 6 or 7...thats my story and I am sticking with it!
