Recommendation during puree / soft phase

My surgeons plan goes from liquids to soft stage, no pureed, but I was so glad to get to soft stage so I could have more variety. I use a lot of the tuna and salmon packs with Greek yogurt. Also homemade pimento cheese with Greek yogurt. Refried beans, cottage cheese, ricotta bake,chili with beans. I also made a version of ricotta bake using cottage cheese instead because the cottage cheese has higher protein than the brand of ricotta my store carries. I like sugar free pudding with unflavored protein added too. I can tolerate eggs soft scrambled with cheese, or mixed with yogurt for egg salad. Chicken is still kind of heavy even with the yogurt mixed in so I will wait a little while before trying it again.
