How do you relieve workout soreness without Advil?

I take Tylenol for any headaches or muscle aches.

Epsom salts are great for sore muscles! Dump a cupful in a warm bath and soak for a while. You can even get them with eucalyptus oil so it smells pretty.

There is a holistic option called Arnica 30C. After a lot of acid issues and a second hiatel hernia I no longer do Nsaids. Post op recover from my most recent surgery I use it, and it is helpful. Worth a try.
