A cup of plain greek yogurt has 23 grams protein and is low carb.  You can add sf things to it for flavor.  Triple Zero yogurt is fairly low in carb, though a little less in protein.  A cup of that has about the same or fewer calories than protein shakes, and fewer than most protein bars.  Lots of fiber too, to keep the plumbing working! :)

My plan isn't much different from everyone elses.  My NUT says 60-80gms of protein.  At least 64 oz. of water.  I really have no restrictions on calories or carbs.  But I do have My Fitness Pal set at 800 calories, and carbs set at 30gms..  I'm a very slow loser even with those settings.  But, I keep plugging along.  Good Luck to you!  :-)
