What is delicious to one is putrid to someone else, then it all changes after you have your surgery, so I recommend highly AGAINST stocking up on anything early.

Get several single-servings of different brands and flavors, and hold onto them until after your surgery before you start trying them.

I like Unjury.  They have a sample pack that is a good way to try everything first.   I second the opinion that it is important that you try several kinds.  Most peoples tastes change after surgery.

My favorite shake is made by BPI Sports and the flavor is Vanilla Caramel. I also really like Cellucor's Cinnamon Swirl and Cookies and Cream. If you buy them at GNC and don't like it then you have the ability to return them (even opened).

BPI Sports #s: 126 cal, 2 g fat, 3g Total Carbs, 25g Protein

Cellucor #s: 130 cal, 1.5 g fat, 4g Total Carbs, 25g Protein
