Fast Food?

I try and stay away from fast food, but in a pinch I have at refried beans from Taco Bell & Roast Beef minus the bun from Arbys & a jimmy johns unwhich which is the sandwich wrapped in lettuce.

I change up the parts at restaurants all the time.

This was served to me at a restaurant in Milan Italy last year.

 

I used the bread plate and this is what I made with it..... The owner saw it and came over with the chef and took a picture of it..... it is now offered on the bar menu.

Wendy's has a really good grilled chicken sandwich. No breading. Ditch the bun, and the chicken is something like 130 calories and 27 grams of protein.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

In an extreme pinch, I will swing by Chic Fil A and get a 4 piece grilled nuggets.  I usually don't finish them.  They're only $2.  Other than that, skip the fast food.

Chili's has a new burger menu... you can sub any burger for a turkey patty...and ask for no bun
