Way to go girl. I just had surgery on 12/15. The weight sure comes off slow. Guess I need to be more patient. Good for you and I can't wait to be in onederland.

WOW!You are awesome Queenygirl!!!!! I don't even know you and I'm proud of you. I love that are both ex 350lbders! I had my surgery on 5/15/17,am @ 7 months and it HAS slowed down. I still watch, weigh every bite,do protein shakes, excercize an hou a day, every day and drown i****er. I don't weigh my self anymore. In the interest of learning to act like a normal person.I only get weighed at the drs every week when I go  to theraphy. [normal/who am I kidding?] and if I didn't feel like I've lost weight,I don't get weighed. So when I DO get weighed, it's a nice lump sum.So far 110 lbs, which I'm thrilled with cause the surgeon's nurse actually said to me that I  would only lose 40% of my weight and I've proved HER wrong! Now I'm the surgeon's office poster child!

Patience and keeping cool and stress free is key and a lesson i have to learn.we are teaching our minds and bodies things they've forgotten, and I've learned to outsmart my body which has a mind of it;s own and to constantly re set my set point when I get in a long stall. i switch/ eat more protein and drink even MORE water. I keep a timer around my neck set at 20 mins to be able to keep up.I read lately to drink your protein within 15 mins of waking up and before bed and that seems to be working too.I still have 90 lbs to go,and cant wait til onderland when I can have my tummy tuck [got anywhere from 13 to thirty lbs there! Time is flying by,I'm learning to eat to live instead of the other way around,to be fit and healthy and to feel beautiful, inside AND out once more.Congratulations again and I hope to hear more of your success story.
