I've been beyond on track, good, awesome w/big time calorie restriction!!
cause I will be wearing aFABULOUS, fits like second skin, sequined number
and I want to look SPECTACULAR!!
so this has been me for the past 4 days
B: lite and fit
S: 1/2 scoop protein tea
L: 4 oz deli chicken
S : lite and fit
D: 4 oz lemon pepper tilapia
S: 1/2 scoop pro tea
All in all about 600 ish calories
well worth it!
E: haven't done it in months..wouldn't need to calorie control
soo much right now if I'd get my A$$
to the gym
