I have anxiety dreams like that too!  They're horrible.  I wake up still feeling ANGRY.

I've been hoarding the light and fit caramel apple pie..

I wonder (hope) with the popularity of the caramel apple 

that it becomes a regular flavor available..

I'm down to 4 and the hubby likes it just as much so we fly thru them..

so off I go on the hunt for them tomorrow.

Hey Geek..

I could only find 2 L &F caramel apple At my regular store..

Looks like I'm going to have to troll every friggin' supermarket this weekend!!

Missed yesterday with a stomach virus, going easy today.

B: Protein Hot chocolate, string cheese

L: Tuna salad, slice of cheddar

S: Dannan Light and Fit Yogurt

D: Leftover roast (either pork or beef) 

 

Vites: Y

Water: Y

Exercise: just regular activity.

Hi Ms. Shell,  so nice to see you posting again!

Breakfast - chicken in spicy peanut sauce

Lunch - hamburger with cheddar cheese, mixed veggie

Lunch2 - chicken lazone with a little sweet potato casserole

Dinner - Turkey left overs with some stuffing

vitamins - done

water - good

exercise - weight training and recumbent bike

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

My niece is getting married in a couple weeks

I've been beyond on track, good, awesome w/big time calorie restriction!!

cause I will be wearing aFABULOUS, fits like second skin,  sequined number 

and I want to look SPECTACULAR!!

so this has been me for the past 4 days

B: lite and fit

S: 1/2 scoop protein tea

L: 4 oz deli chicken

S : lite and fit

D: 4 oz lemon pepper tilapia

S: 1/2 scoop pro tea 

All in all about 600 ish calories

well worth it!

E: haven't done it in months..wouldn't need to calorie control

soo much right now if I'd get my A$$

to the gym  

V: all good
