I can relate to so much of what you say. Obesity is such a drain on both the body and the spirit. Thank God for weight loss surgery, and this chance to be healthy.

You rock and I love that you make moderation work for you. Your foodstyle, more than anyone else's, gives me hope that this will work for me longterm. I need to be able to eat now the same way I'll eat for forever, or this won't work for me.

Aww, shucks ;) Thanks, Gwen! This works for me and I figure there's no reason to fix what ain't broke! I recognize that I very well may end up having to change things as I get further out, but I believe that as long as I remember that changes might be on the horizon and don't fall into complacency, I'm good to keep on keeping on :)
