Carb counting

Thank you for that information.  I'm hoping that my local hospital will have some sort of seminar or training regarding new diabetics.  Right now I take in about 150 carbs a day.  Not sure if that is to much but I do know without RNY I would have a hard time with an intake of only 50.  But I will remember what you said after my RNY.  Not even ins. Approved yet.  Hopefully within the next 3-4 weeks!  Can I ask you if you have had any bouts with your blood sugar dropping to low?
