What one thing do you wish you'd known?
I think i knew but had not fully internalized the importance of follow up medical checks. My insurance pays for them and I keep putting off the appointments. Someone needs to smack me. The lab work is for a lifetime and I just didn't think about it. It wouldn't of changed my mind but I should have been prepared.

I wish I had known the outcome earlier so that I would have done this in my mid-thirties and had the chance of more children.

I had rny june 13th 2013. so far I lost 115 lbs and 12 more to go. I should have done this years ago. Im having so much fun buying clothes....Trying on different outfits. It's not has hard as I thought it would be..The first few days after surgery in the hospital was hard. I kept throwing up and could not keep water down. After 6 days it got much better and got to go home. I'd recommend the surgery to anyone who has tried everything to loose weight and can't.It is a major surgery and a little scarey but well worth it....
