Best apps to track daily intake.
MyFitnessPal. It works either with your computer or your mobile device once you download the app. It's free, very customizable, and easy to use. It's the only tracking system I've ever been able to keep up with.

I like myfitnesspal. However, I just started using it and I can't figure out how to output what I have eaten like I have seen on here. But I have only had a chance to play with it on my phone so far. I want to be able to post on the "what are you eating today" thread with a cool report using the app.
All you need to do is to highlight your daily menu by dragging your cursor over everything, and then right click and copy. Then, come to the daily menu post and hit CTRL-V to paste it into the post. Once you paste it you can clean it up a little by deleting the lines about "Quick Links" etc. Easy peasy! PM me if you still have problems with it.
