Personal Trainer Advise

What a great gift to receive....something you can actually use!!

 

I would like to offer one additional piece of advice.....since you only have 5 visits.....and I will assume for the moment you will have no additional times with this trainer.....get them to show you a program that you can progress with on your own......if you are going to join a fitness club.....have them show you 4-7 machines and how to work them properly so no injury.....if free weights also get them to show you proper breathing and form and speed....and what to add as you progress and are able to do more.....they can also recommend a good cardio work up and how to increase safely

 

I am fortunate that I was able to begin with a trainer 6 months post surgery and have kept it up over 4 years now......lifting weights is wonderful for calorie burning and your general fitness level........I am very strong and for an old bag quite fit
