I'm getting pretty weak -
I read your post last night and didn't comment as you were getting such great advice about recognizing the symptoms of dehydration. Orthostatic hypotension ( decreased blood pressure and increased heart rate) when going from a laying to sit or stand position is a positive indicator of dehydration. The symptoms are dizziness pr light headed upon position changes. Nausea, abd cramps and leg cramps as well are symptoms. I hope that you are feeling better today. Im sorry to hear that you have had such a rough time. I am not much further out than you, and I think I only took Zofran twice so far (once after drinking a new protien shake on the way to post of visit on 2 hr car ride, bad idea!) and once because my loving family insisted a couple days out. Just as a side note, If you aren't better go to the ER and get IV fluids as mentioned earlier "they won't mind", trust me on this one, I know from personal experience.
