revision;gastric bypass to lap band
The BOB is fairly new! There has been some success as there was with the band. I can't recommend the band to anyone with it's failure rate and complications. You do need to do tons of research.
BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
There are a couple of BOB who are very happy with this revision - see Heather who has probably responded. My doc says that it has about the same stats as a virgin band.
Speaking from my gut, I would not have this thing installed if I were you. More than likely it would require you having additional surgeries in the future. If you don't mind that then go for it.
