Help Pain Bowel Obstruction v Gas

I too hurt around my shoulder.  I have not had this kind of pain since I was in the hospital.  I remembered the walk it off mantra and walked circles around the house until I was able to lie down.  The packaging for what I ate was thrown out but I am going to look next time I am at the store.  It was a Hormel non-refrigerated microwave sandwich meal of meatballs and marinara sauce.  Made to be put on bread, I just ate the meatballs and very little of the sauce.  It must have been loaded with wheat gluten is all I can figure.
