Congrats on your trip to the losers bench.

I had mine done on Monday morning and was home that afternoon. I've been able to do without the pain meds since 2am Tues. morning and Wednesday started walking. Did about 45 minutes in Ikea by my house and yesterday went around my block. Today I needed to pick up some protein powder so I took the long route from the parking lot and through the grocery store.

It sounds gross, but it really helped me to have a sip of water, swi**** around and spit out during the time before I could start sipping. If you're not already doing that, give it a try.
