But St Patrick's Day gives us a break.
Though the date's antepaschal,
Old Paddy, the rascal,
Has pulled a few strings for our sake!

If it feels good, do it! And if it smells good, eat it!

From the last bit of pictures you are beautiful, look great and it shows.

Miss you on here but I hope in a few months I won't have time for here either when our weather warms up

I plan to get out there and enjoy every day.

Good, down 81 lbs in just over the 6 mth mark, heading on vacation tomorrow for two weeks so will mis****ting the 199 mark but oh well I am sure it won't bother me too much, much rather the warmth of the sun. Will see how a vacation works. Have my protein powder, crystal light and vitamins all ready to go. Update in two weeks or whenever I can get online on my phone.
