Oh that link works and I needed that to kick off my morning. I think we could all use some of that energy in our life.

Good morning all and Happy Friday,

I'm having a difficult time, as of late. It feels like the idea of having more surgery and seeing multiple, new doctors again is the straw that broke the camel's back. I'm frustrated that I'm not making as much progress with my mental well-being as I had expected, as well. I do recognize the rational side of being present with both issues instead of the past or future. Yesterday's history, tomorrow's a mystery all we have is the present. Everyday is a gift.

QOTD- Peeps or fanny may chocolate covered marshmallow egg.

Accountability- binging on sweets at night.

B- Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, tangerine.

Matt, I think it's amazing that you are able to recognize how you're feeling. I have words of wisdom but I know you've got this and it'll all be worth the effort.

I'm sorry you are struggling. It seems like things should get easier but they rarely do. Is there any support we can give you that would help?

When I look back on life, it is sort of like looking back on a year. There are periods of hope and joy like springtime, periods of anger and despair like summer storms, peaceful quiet periods like a beautiful fall day, and dead, lonely, and sad times like a bleak winter night. But spring always comes back. Just get through this period and don't be hard on yourself.

I'm sorry you've got new issues Matt. It seems like we just go through good and bad stretches. You've gotten over a bunch of big hurdles already. You can get over this one too. Keep swinging.
